We often get asked if we can accept donations of items for the hounds in our care. We will gratefully receive items on the ‘love to receive’ list below as we can use them at our Centre, and your generous donations help to keep costs down.
We love to receive:
- Lightweight blankets
- Fleece blankets
- Sheets
- Duvet covers
- Dog food
- Dog treats
- Puzzle, maze and slow feeders
- Collars
- Dog food and treats
- Flea/worming treatment
- Dog toys
- Dog coats/fleeces/waterproof
- Dog ramps
We cannot use:
- Pillows
- Flannels
- Pillow cases
- Hard plastic dog beds
- Dog bowls
- Cooling mats
- Heavy weight blankets
- Knitted blankets (for use in the kennels)
- Very small /blankets
- Towels
- Harnesses
- Leads
- Rawhide chews
- Soft beds
- Raised feeders
- Old muzzles
Please contact us first if you have:
- Prescription medicine
- Duvets
- Raised beds
Any items we can accept, and that can be posted, should be securely packaged and sent to the following address:

- To check whether we can currently accept items on the ‘contact us first’ list.
- To check whether we can accept any items not on any of these lists.
- To enquire if items can be delivered to us in person.
- To enquire whether items too big to post can be transported to us.
