To celebrate all of our incredible dozing hounds at Forever Hounds Trust, we are pleased to announce that August Bank Holiday Weekend 2018 will see the return of the Big Hound Chill Out! After last year’s success, which saw hounds and their humans being lazy up and down the country, we can’t wait to get planning!

Our mission is to get people chilling up and down the country and taking part in the Big Hound Chill Out couldn’t be easier. You just need to pick a great way to relax, invite some people along and ask them for a donation in return for a chance to chill! You don’t even need a hound to take part and you can be anywhere in the country too – or perhaps the world!

Money that you raise has a massive impact on the work that we do. £30 will give soft, warm bedding to one of our dogs waiting for their forever home. £100 will make sure that 40 dogs in our care stay flea-free, while £250 will help keep their teeth looking lovely by funding a full dental examination. Just by doing something that helps you relax will change the lives of the special pointy-nosed dogs that we all love so much. What better way to celebrate the last long weekend of summer?
