Forever Hounds Trust dog tags are issued free of charge when you adopt a dog from us, however if your tag has become worn or lost, you can purchase a replacement for a nominal charge. This tag may be used in addition to, but not a substitute for, a tag showing the owners contact details. Please only use these tags for dogs that have been rehomed through Forever Hounds Trust (or  Greyhound Rescue West of England). The tag is ready engraved on both sides as shown in the image. Long-lasting tags which can be engraved with your own details (and the Forever Hounds Trust phone number if desired) can be purchased here.
