Bobby is a wonderful dog who has plenty of energy and enthusiasm for life but is also very vocal at times and finds being left alone overwhelming.

He is known to bark at things in and out of the home – from a phone ringing to people walking past the house and he can also be very attention seeking and demanding.
Bobby is looking for a very experienced home with people who have managed these types of behaviours before, owners will need to be dedicated to his training while understanding he will be a project dog. He will need to live in a quiet location and have his own large secure garden to run around in.

He is playful with toys and enjoys a game with people but is also happy to entertain himself with toys. He is a very bright, busy and active dog so must have an environment and owners who can match this.

Bobby finds meeting new people incredibly exciting and needs a few reminders to be calm and keep his paws on the floor. He is very affectionate and adores company and has a really fun and full-of-character personality. We have discovered that Bobby just loves paddling in water and uses his paws to create splashes that he then catches with his mouth.

Bobby is friendly with other dogs and would prefer to live with one or more similar sized or larger adult dog, pending successful introductions. This may help to keep him occupied and help his owners to manage some of his energy.
