Christine and Roy were keen to provide their Forever Hounds Trust lurcher Rolph with a new companion, so came to the kennels to meet Arrow.

It was love at first sight for Christine, who exclaimed:

“She’s even more beautiful than in her pictures!”

This also appeared to be the case for Rolph and Arrow, who set about playing with each other to the point of exhaustion.

After all that fun, Arrow decided to pay some attention to her new human companions, and jumped straight into Roy’s lap for a cuddle! Having been very timid when she first arrived at the kennels, this was an amazing sight for everyone.

Christine and Roy were taken in by her loving nature and delighted at the effect she had on Rolph, so had no hesitation in taking Arrow straight home. Arrow is now settling in well at home and may soon be following in Rolph’s pawsteps by going to dog training classes. We are sure Arrow (now called Dolly) has a bright future ahead in her forever home.
