Delivery
For UK delivery, we charge a flat rate of £4.00 (inclusive of VAT).
For international orders, we aim to keep costs as low as possible. Charges will be calculated according to the weight of your order and destination in the shopping cart.
We will normally send your order to you by Royal Mail second class post within five days, and often much faster! We dispatch all orders as soon as possible, including those for international delivery. Please allow for up to 14 days for delivery within the UK. International orders may be subject to increased transit time in the postal system.

Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If for any reason you are not happy with the item you may cancel and return the item to us within 14 days, as long as you pay the postage to return the item(s). Please obtain and keep a proof of postage of returns. If we are not able to supply you with the item today, the 14 days runs from the date you receive it. If the goods are faulty, we will refund the postage costs for you to return the item to us.
